
Dear 41-Year-Old You,
It’s your 80-year-old hips here. We wanted to drop a line to say thanks. Remember when you started yoga at 41? Yeah, well, turns out that was a pretty solid move. We’re still swinging, bending, and not cracking like a rusty gate.
Sure, you might’ve groaned through those early stretches, but trust us, those pigeon poses paid off. You saved us from a future of creaks and pops that would’ve made you sound like a haunted house.
So, thanks for the yoga. We’re eternally limber and grateful.
